Clean room great staff, excellent amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

We enjoyed the hotel, not knowing that the place was so large and would need shuttles to get around. The shuttle drivers were constantly on the run and trying to keep up as fast as they could. On Saturday morning, we went to the adult pool and ordered drinks to be delivered. When drinks were eventually delivered we were then told that the bar adjacent to the adult pool wouldn't be open because there wasn't enough staff. But the server said that he would come back and check on the pool patrons often. He took one more order from us and another group at the pool and delivered them. But didn't come back for over 1 hour. Some patrons went to the front desk and ordered room service from them. They said they would send someone down but by the time we left later on still no one come to take our order. They said they were short staffed and we tried to be patient, but waiting over an hour is a long time. Many other patrons came to the pool and tried to get into the bar but they were told it wasn't opening today for service. We enjoyed the staff that we encountered and the facilities looked clean and taken care of.

The location of Lake Powell Resort is absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking views that are hard to beat. The room itself was a little dated and could use some updating, but that was somewhat expected since the property is part of a national recreation area rather than a typical chain hotel. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. However, every time I visited the front desk—whether for check-in, check-out, or to ask a question—there was another guest voicing a complaint, so it seemed like the hotel may have been experiencing some operational challenges during our stay. We decided to splurge on the breakfast, and it was well worth it. The food was good, but the incredible view made the experience even more enjoyable. The only real disappointment was the pools, which were smaller and less inviting than we had anticipated. Overall, the stunning setting and beautiful scenery made for a memorable stay despite a few shortcomings.
