Welcoming, and very comfortable

Overall, we liked everything about the greenbank. The staff was wonderful and the dining room and patios overlooking the harbor were gorgeous. Just keeping mine it's an older hotel so it comes with some of the quirks of an older building. I don't think our room had any ventilation, other than a fan. And the after noon the west facing window got hot and stuffy. You could crack the window about 4" but that was it..

Beautiful hotel and setting. Small issue with our bed. This was resolved quickly by staff. Recommended hotel and location.

Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes. Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too.

Our stay was as always when we have stayed here just superb. Dan on reception and his lovely team are so friendly and efficient. We had a gorgeous room and such a comfy bed. Breakfast was superb. It was just great. We will be back.
