Loved the hotel and location. Our room was great and comfortable. The concierge and front desk were amazing.

Great location, everything is brand new. It’s reasonable value for money. Very minimalist, but great communal spaces and atmosphere. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no hairdryer and no lotion, which would have been great to know in advance. My only bugbear was that they never cleaned my room. Another guest had the same problem. I was only staying for a few nights and I never had the chance to talk to them about it.

Great hotel but a little away from main shops

The Strand Palace is a beautiful hotel. It’s spotless. The staff is top notch. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The bar is beautiful as well.

Nice location

I am writing to share that my recent stay at The Royal Garden Hotel was exceptional. Upon my arrival, the staff immediately assisted me with my luggage and accommodated my early arrival by holding my bags until check-in. Throughout my stay, every team member was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and well-appointed. Additionally, I dined at both hotel restaurants, and the food was delicious. The piano bar was also wonderful, with a warm and welcoming staff. I will definitely return to the Royal Garden Hotel for another stay soon. Thank you for providing such outstanding service.
