It is important to mention that the staff is not very friendly; it sometimes feels like the ruder you are to them, the more attentive they become. The security screening staff are particularly impolite and intrusive. The receptionist provided a normal service, nothing extraordinary. The rooms are extremely clean and offer a spectacular view. There is an oriental restaurant that I found very beautiful, and the staff there were finally attentive, offering recommendations and being very kind. However, some staff in other restaurants were not friendly at all. So far, my deposit has not been returned, and I am still waiting for it to be released. For a five-star hotel, the service should be more courteous and better trained. I would stay here again only because of the location and the views. Thank you very much.
