Great rooms, great amenities, everything is generally great but on this visit, I requested a wake-up call as I had to catch an early flight. The wake-up call never came though I stressed its importance. Thankfully, my sixth sense startled me awake at just the right time. For an airport hotel, I would hope that this would be a "sure thing". Otherwise, very good

We had a lovely stay. The family room was great and we all enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was more continental than cooked, but many many continental options. The beds were very comfortable. A little tatty around the edges in the room, but I'm not complaining - it was clean, comfortable, had dressing gowns and slippers and a minibar in the room which was reasonably priced too. Very close to 't Zand where we parked overnight, and very reasonably priced later check out times too. Would stay again!

Great location and very comfortable rooms. Beautiful bar area with extra touches when you order a drink. Highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast each morning was excellent. However, the room wasn't cleaned properly, with towels being left on the window sill and dust on surfaces. Location wise the hotel is great for exploring Bruges
