Great Location and Excellent Breakfast This hotel is very well located, which made getting around easy and convenient. The breakfast was outstanding — lots of variety and everything tasted great. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, although it had a carpet that gave off a strange smell at first. Fortunately, the smell wasn’t too strong and I got used to it after a few minutes. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Convenient to a lot of Brussel’s attractions. Has a pretty decent breakfast assortment. They also have a luggage storage area for if you arrive extremely early for check in.

Great location. The breakfast buffet was a big plus. Staff was helpful and the room was cleaned well each day. The front rooms on the pedestrian walkway would be noisy with restaurants and bars all around. I had a back room with a great view.

The property was great but we were there when the weather was warm and had a room on the 6th floor - no matter what temperature you set the room at it was still very hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel very near Central. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options just steps away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped .The staff were warm and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

A very misleading hotel

The room was rather shabby. Very worn carpet. Toilet didn’t stop refilling after flushing, lighting was terrible. Room had a very musty, stale odour. Cobwebs on the ceiling, blood on the wall, Small and cramped. Room looked nothing like advertised online. Don’t stay here when there are much better hotels nearby. We only stayed because we arrived so late and were only staying one night.

Front desk was unfriendly and insulting. We could not find the hotel as it is nestled away between restaurants and convenience stores. Uber don't go in the streets for drop off. Hotel is old and a bit noisy at night because of the several restaurants nearby. That is definitely a pro. Cleanliness is good too. Breakfast is the same everyday. No variety. So even if we paid for breakfast, we still had to look elsewhere for breakfast options but being in the enter of it all, it was fairly easy.

Central Brussels

The hotel is ideally located, 5 minutes from the tram...in central Bourse with Grande Place 5 minutes walk. The reception is good, breakfast is excellent. The decor in hallways and bedrooms are okay but need updating. My main issue with my stay was the street noise from restaurants opposite and the cleaning street noise which started really early, but I only paid 85euros which included breakfast which was still good value. My advise to you if you want to book is ask for a room to the rear of the hotel.

Can’t believe there is a property so central and for a good price I would say it is a no frills hotels and gets it right this will be my hotel of choice for Brussels ideal for single travellers
