The staff was very helpful from the moment when we got off the taxi by taking our bags to reception, to the time after we checked out, that they got us a taxi very early in the morning when hardly any taxi was around. We enjoyed the gym very much. We went there everyday during our stay. Again, the staff was very friendly and they showed us around. The location is very close to both TST and East TST stations. There were many eateries within 2 blocks. We really enjoyed our stay.

It would be perfect if there is a filtered water dispenser on each floor, e.g. by the ice machine. I don't use ice, but try to drink large quantity of water during the summer. I used the canned water for decaffeinated coffee. Providing herbal (caffeine free tea/infusion) would be great!

Room is clean, staff is friendly

The hotel itself was pretty from the outside. Our view of the water and of the planes was really spectacular. The room, though, was super small and we found it difficult to move around. We travel a lot and are used to smaller rooms, but we were disappointed with this one. The staff at the counter and the bellman were really kind and friendly. After coming off a long flight, that was really appreciated. I think that next time, however, we will stay closer to Kowloon and perhaps pay a little more -- though the price of this room was not cheap -- so we don't have to always travel everywhere.
