Warm welcome. Clean comfortable room. Excellent food & service @ dinner - imaginative dishes with local ingredients and friendly, professional staff. The only minor negatives were the lack of air-con in the room and somewhat disorganised service at breakfast. However, would definitely recommend and have already planned another stay.

Very enjoyable stay over 4 days .. very clean rooms , serviced every day , staff were friendly , excellent breakfast . Evening restaurant also very good . WiFi could be a bit stronger would be my only gripe. Would definitely recommend .

The Sefton is a great hotel, ideally located for a short trip to IOM. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel are good, if you don't want to walk far! Breakfast is extensive and well organised. Didn't get to use the pool, but noted there is a limit to the number of guests in at any one time.

Great location and very comfortable, but looking a bit tired with some odd furniture choices.

Such a great boutique hotel with amazing friendly staff. Room well furnished and in a good size. Everything is provided from free mini bar which is refilled daily to extra pillow, slippers, fan, iron and iron board. Breakfast is included with the room and it is so yummy. The hotel is in a perfect location in Douglas promenade with many shops and places to eat. It is the best hotel and best location in Douglas.
