Jamaica winery accommodation

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat. The resort is very well maintained. The staff are pleasant & happy overall. The beach area is large. The ocean has seagrass but there are many sandy parts. The food selection at the buffet is good & the food was great. Smokehouse, Jamaican, & Italian restaurants do not require reservations. Only the Japanese restaurant requires a reservation. Plenty of chairs around the pool & on the beach. The vendors along the beach are annoying. Despite security trying to usher them away, they would not leave. The vibe overall is relaxed. Various age groups while we were there September 8-15, 2026. The weather was amazing. It was sunny & hot despite any weather forecasts of thunderstorms or rain.

Best hotel in Cancun

The resort is fantastic. The beaches are pristine. The quality of the food at the buffet what’s above average but the breakfast buffet was basically eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Fruits and juices were also available. The specialty restaurants were a hit and miss. The steak restaurant was fantastic, but because of low occupancy on the second week, the resort decided to shut down the steakhouse four nights a week. Access was limited. The Italian restaurant was terrible. Would not recommend. Never tried any of the other restaurants most were not open. House cleaning staff were amazing. we will return, but will definitely check ahead of time to make sure that the specialty restaurants will be open and accessible during our next visit. Our transportation to and from the airport through Jamaica tours booked with Expedia was on time as promised. No surprises.

Property was nice and quiet but too many people offering things.. people book vacation to relax not to be bombarded :) Nice activities though.

The property had a nice location it was walking distance from a lot of things.
