We both enjoyed our stay at the RIU Reggae. The room was clean, comfortable and the inclusive drinks in the room made it much more relaxing. The food buffet style was exceptional. Loved the different choices that were provided. During the day the pool area was a little more louder than we are used to, but the more lively guests were really enjoying their time. The pool area was large enough though to accommodate us. The beach area had great sand and easy access to the sea, with plenty of beach recliners. Overall a great stay

Disappointed from the moment we got out of the taxi. The welcome cocktail was not offered until we asked, and the front desk staff showed little interest in guests. The room safe did not work, and despite calling the front desk and reporting it three times through the RIU app, no one ever showed up. Food was low quality and repetitive. I’ve stayed at other RIU resorts that were much better—management here clearly needs more competent staff.

This was an awesome stay! It felt good to just wake up and not have to worry about anything. Place was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Shout out to the night crew in the Reggae RIu in the buffet, one of the servers— i think the young ladies name is Nashae. Top tier!! and the entertainers all did a wonderful job! The food was delicious at the Asian restaurant but the buffet food was really bland, none of the food taste like authentic Jamaican food like i thought it would, which was upsetting. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay at my first all inclusive!
