Resort Review: Mixed Experience with Highs and Lows
I recently stayed at this resort and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely fantastic—plenty of variety, fresh options, and something for every taste. The entertainment staff was top-notch, keeping the energy high with fun daily activities and engaging evening shows that were genuinely impressive.
One standout was Samanda, a bartender who clearly takes pride in her work. While most of the drinks were disappointingly weak, Samanda’s attention to detail and great attitude made her drinks the best at the resort.
Unfortunately, there were several downsides that impacted the overall experience. The resort is located directly under a flight path, and planes flew overhead constantly throughout the day, which really took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.
There was also a serious issue with younger guests overindulging—returning to their rooms loudly at all hours of the night, often intoxicated. One night, in our hallway near our door
we were repeatedly disturbed by yelling and even a physical altercation. We had to call security twice due to a fight in the hallway, which was both disruptive and unsettling.
Another disappointment was housekeeping. On multiple days, our room wasn’t cleaned until after 5 p.m., which made it difficult to come back and relax. I’d recommend it with caution, especially for those looking for peace and quiet.
