Overall, a great property for the price. FABULOUS local food and drinks with gorgeous views and pool. The rooms could use a deep clean/upgrade although we weren’t in the room much. The staff varied drastically with most being fabulous but we did have some run ins with the male staff. It’s also not particularly clear which parts of the Iberostar property you’re allowed on based on where you’re staying and staff was quite rude about us sitting too far down the beach.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very attentive and helpful. When we got there, there was a little delay in figuring out our room, and we were also there for my daughter’s birthday. Taking these things into consideration, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to an Ocean View. Our morning and evening views were spectacular! The beach was clean with plenty of seat options and shaded areas. The food was decent, I enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices in the morning and traditional Jamaican dishes offered. The prepared food areas were kept organized and clean. The pool was nice, clean and well tended to. The gym facility was great. I took advantage of one of the classes and had a really challenging workout. Entertainment could be a little better. Maybe have a live band on the wknds with a steel drum player. I think we had a good experience for ths amenities offered at the price point we paid.

Good location not too far from the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet in the room.
They made the bed like on a cruise loved it

Me and my family went to iberostar for 2nd time. We really like the resort especially the food and the nightlife. Very kid friendly especially the selection site has lot of amenities for kids. Very clean resort. Will definitely go back again.

I loved this property. The pool was amazing and the beach was beautiful and sandy with lots of trees that were providing natural shade. The staff was very friendly. Yes, the hotel is a little older and maybe not so modern but it was very clean and our room had everything we needed. Dining options were decent. Buffet was great with lots of food options. My kids loved the magic show and the pool foam party! The one thing that was annoying were the locals at the main swimming area constantly trying to sell stuff including weed however I think it's like that at any Jamaican resort. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I will most likely stay there again next time in Jamaica.

Every staff member was great! Damoy in the jerk chicken hut was excellent and friendly. Every server in all the restaurants were attentive and kind. LOVED the entertainment crew they had many fun activities during the day and night time crew were great. Food was very good in all the restaurants. Not one complaint for this iberostar waves rose hall-booking for next year too
