Great location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location! The rooms are small and the bathrooms have no counter space and only two towel hooks. No place to put our toiletries. But the convenience of being able to walk to every thing we wanted to see and do makes this hotel a perfect place to stay. We did not have the breakfast but it looked good.

i noticed the same piece of paper on the floor of the elevator for two days. the check in was fine, nice pleasant fellow. my wife asked if there was any english tv channels and the response was,"No, This is France". Instant coffee in the room but no cream or sugar? Breakfast was good. location was close to St. Charles train station. Over all it was ok, but couldn't recommend it.

This place really needs to be updated. The hotel is very old and weathered. For the price, I feel like it would benefit by being updated. We left really early in the morning fore check out and we couldn't figure out how to get out of the hotel. We were looking around and the front staff was sleeping in another part of the lobby in the dark room so we didn't see him. Then he said, well you should have called out for me. But we were talking at normal volume and he was not too far but didn't hear us. So he blamed him sleeping on us not looking harder for him or yelling out to him. That was not a good experience. Overall, would not stay again.
