A great location with a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning. The staff were very friendly, providing wonderful service and even digging through a basket of tech to find us a phone charger/converter. Rooms are small but chic and clean. Don't be fooled by how small the main floor reception is (a desk inside the main entrance), this hotel is a great place to stay. We watched the Carnival parade from our balcony and could walk to the old town market and most of the shopping areas.

Well situated on the corner of Rue des Anglais, seafront 100m, overlooking gardens, lots of nearby bistros (no restaurant in the hotel), the markets and Galleries Lafayette. Rooms clean and modern. Decent breakfast selection ( open 630-11am) and checkout is 12 noon. Some refurb in lobby area , so a bit small at the moment. Helpful staff on the front desk. Would return.

It was a fantastic stay. Everyone from the front desk to the room service crew was great. The room was a great size. Balcony was nice. Location is fantastic.

The hotel was in a fabulous area walkable to all the events, especially the carnival. Shopping areas lots of restaurants all the transportation you would need the hotel had a breakfast available either a shorter or full version which was reasonable.. room was comfortable. Shower was good and I had a room with a water view so it was very nice. The hotel does not have a lobby, just a vestibule, which can get very uncomfortable at check out, especially with large groups. There’s only one elevator, which is very small and twice it was broken in the 10 days that I stayed there, but they did fix it within a reasonable time. They do not give you water. There is a water dispenser in the hallway and the only thing you really have to put it in is your coffee pot so that can get uncomfortable but I know it does save on the environment.

Hotel is in a terrific position - easy walking to the Old Town, yards from Promenade Anglais and a few minutes walk to most of the trams. Great breakfast too

All of the front desk staff members were so friendly and helpful. Elise kept my well-informed with emails and relieved some of my stress during a last minute rescheduling. Having someone at the hotel pick me up and return me to the airport plus help with baggage was a plus at my age. It is literally around the corner from all the eateries along the cours de saleya as well as the flower market. And a short block to the ocean boulevard. So convenient. The breakfast option is also a plus.
