Compare Cheap Hotels in Taiwan

The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me.

I checked out at 11:00am. My flight wasn't 'till 11:30pm. The hotel not only looked after my bags for the day, but provided a facility to shower and change my clothes in the evening before I left for my flight. Top marks for that, Royal - Nikko Taipei. The breakfasts were excellent, the room cleaning superb, The hotel is close to an MRT station. The staff at all times were friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and spacious. There is an onsite gym with one weights machine and some cardio machines. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided at the pantry area. Staff are pleasant and helpful!

It's been over 13 years since I last stayed at this hotel. It is still as good as I had remembered it. The room was a bit smaller than the one I stayed in last time. But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. Other than that, everything was good.

Interesting history to the hotel! Great tunnel tour and incredible halibut! Great hiking trail out back for an hour hike every day. View of the 101 building.

Good breakfast and shuttle service. A little pricey but pretty comfortable overall. Room service food was mediocre- but breakfast bar was great.
