Everything about this hotel was amazing. Location, staff, cleanliness, and customer Service. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mycket bra frukost

Had a lovely stay here. The only "but ..." is that the main image on the Expedia entry does not represent the hotel at all. The hotel is very modern.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely.

We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired.

Staff and breakfast and the view are awesome! Will come back next time.
