Vietnam luxury accommodation

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Service That Makes Up for the Construction! When I booked HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa, I had no idea the hotel was situated between two buildings undergoing construction. Naturally, the noise was a concern, but what truly impressed me was how the hotel handled a situation beyond their control. From the moment we arrived, the staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and welcomed us with refreshing drinks, along with complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. What stood out was how much effort they put into making their guests feel comfortable and appreciated despite the ongoing construction. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, and the rooftop pool and bar offered a beautiful place to relax. The facilities were excellent, the spa was wonderful, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every interaction reflected genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and a commitment to making guests feel valued. And let’s not forget the location! The hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore Da Nang. Construction may be temporary, but exceptional hospitality leaves a lasting impression. Despite the noise, I would still give HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa five stars for its outstanding service, wonderful amenities, and the incredible effort they put into ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. ⭐ Five-star service

Amazing staff and service! I feel almost bad saying it because the location and staff are so great, although the rooms are very clean they are a little small and bit dated. If you need space choose a room category that is larger. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

All the staff were brilliant, and made me feel very at home. They helped me with my bags and helped me plan my ongoing trip. I want to thank the following staff for being 10/10... May Happy Phoebe I recommend highly for a good night's sleep and luxury.

The staffwere good the room was great. The only 2 issues we had were at breakfast it as abit disjointed with staff not clearing empty tables and replacing cutlery for the next person. And upon arrival we got dropped off at a local taxi area next door nude to no taxis at lobby door and no staff to post the way.

Clean, good service and location

Wonderful staff and great amenities for Kids.
