Everything was great. Walkable and local massage shops and restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel is clean and organized and stafffia wonderful. Pool was great and bar was good too. No complaints. Beach across the street was perfect too.

Lovely stay at Haian hotel & beach spa in Danang

Very convenient hotel but somewhat dated and needs TLC. Very convenient to get around and close to everything. Beach across the road is a plus factor. Spa therapists are amazing.

Perfect vacation hotel in Danang

Great location for exploring the beach and plenty of food options nearby as well as spas for massages. Pool was super nice on the top for relaxing and enjoying the view

My wife and I stayed here five nights in April 2025. We had a diamond suite on the 11th floor. The rooms have great views, and a lot of space. Bathroom had a shower and a tub. If you plan to stay facing the beach be prepared to wear earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as there always seems to be noise coming from the street. Sometimes it's quiet sometimes not. My wife and I are city people so it was not bad for us. One can always request a non beach facing room. The beach is right across the street and there are so many places to eat within walking distance. We suggest walking on the beach morning or night. The beach water is refreshing also. Oh the buffet breakfast is excellent. MANY foods to choose from including authentic Vietnamese banh mi and pho on certain days. The staff are gentle and kind and always great you with a smile. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nicely furnished from the ground floor to the top and staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would say construction next door is out of place.
