I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I ended up changing rooms four times. • The first room had a cockroach. • The second room had barely any water. • The third room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused due to their “policy” and kept trying to move me to another room instead of giving me the refund. I even told the receptionist, “It looks like we’re going to spend the whole day trying to find a room for me since you won’t give me a refund.” On top of all this, the internet was terrible. It kept saying I was connected to the Wi-Fi, but there was no actual internet the entire time. Eventually, they gave me a room on the fourth floor that was just acceptable, but the whole process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would never stay at this hotel again unless you’re absolutely desperate. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The staff at the front desk was inconsiderate. There was an option of paying a $25 dollar convenience fee or a $100 refundable deposit that I had no idea of, and would not have booked there. I opted to pay the refundable $100 because there was nothing convenient about the establishment. There was one microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel, no mini-fridge in the hotel room. It seems that the hotel is being used as low-cost housing for longer staying patrons (which is an unfortunate circumstance that is not the hotels fault), but I was being treated as a "problem" even though I was just passing through for a couple days while I waited to fly out (Checked in on a Friday, flew out on Monday), and despite paying fees, they would not even extend the courtesy of a late check out, which would have been helpful considering my flight is at 5pm and check-out is at 11am. Even an extra hour at an airport would have been nice. The state police showed up twice for disturbances, and the entire hotel reeked of marijuana despite multiple no-smoking signs (clearly no enforcement of the policy). I didn't expect much, this was a very last minute booking in a not great area, and in stead of being treated as a guest, I was treated as a problem. The room had a couch that was broken, there was one towel one wash cloth and they would not give me more. 10/10 will not ever use this establishment again, and I'd recommend taking it off your website, but that's your call. Our room was awful. There was no fridge/microwave. The ice machine was missing. Asked staff if there was another one, his response was vulgar, then said no. The entire room had stains, the shower didn't work. Overall felt like the place should be condemned.
