We were sent to a Sister hotel because there was a water issue when we checked in. However, they upgraded our room and they provide us with both excellent dinner and breakfast included.
Delicious complimentary dinner in the outdoor gardens.

Okay but pricey

The room was clean but very small and the bathroom was even smaller. Location was pretty good and felt safe. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and friendly. Felt quite pricey for what it was.

The hotel was moderately priced and situated in an excellent area near Russell Square with easy access to the British Museum and many parts of the University of London. It was very well maintained. I stayed in a single room that was extremely well equipped with plenty of storage although a rather tiny bathroom.
