Experience the heart of Berkley in a spacious Upper Flat overlooking the activities of a downtown Main Street. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment at the doorstep. This is the upper portion of a mixed-use building with a small martial arts school below. Private and separate entrances offered to each dwelling. Excellent proximity to metro Detroit attractions. 3 Roku TVs in residence.
The upper portion of a mixed use building. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Flat. It is under 1000 square feet with hardwood floors, carpet, and slate tile.
Two large staircases leading to a front entrance (12 Mile) or back entrance (courtyard).
There is also a nice outdoor, tree-lined courtyard with patio for residents use.
NEW WINDOWS & DOORS just installed.
Some basics...
-2 Separate entrances,
-2 designated off-street parking spaces plus city parking next door.
-BD1 (27' x 9'), BD2 (18' x 8'), LR (14' x 18'), Kitchen (18' x 9')
-Washer and dryer in Unit. No sharing no coin operated!!
-2 Queen sized beds and 1 Twin blow up (automatic) mattress is available (bedding is provided for blow up mattress but guests will have to inflate mattress and make the bed).
(The lower portion of the building is for commercial use. There are separate entrances for each. Sound insulation/windows have been installed (March 2025) to reduce noise. Normal sounds from traffic (pedestrian and cars) can be heard. Also, a small gym/studio with respectful staff/clients is below. The lower commercial portion is unoccupied during the nighttime hours.)
