I love this hotel but this stay wasn’t that great my room had no heat we was told they was going to bring us some heaters they never came was very disappointed.

Love the property. Couldn’t give it a 5 star because the room I was given was not the deluxe suite advertised. Needed the walk in shower ( as seen in pictures) but they only offer tub/shower combo. Disappointed since my partner is handicap and a walk in shower would have been awesome. Other than that it’s a great hotel and had a great experience. Love the restaurants too.

I was in town for a funeral and I am an 18 wheeler truck driver I was told it was parking and I was guided down an alleyway and my truck was too big to fit and there was a bridge that was too low for my truck so I was told to park there, and I will be escorted on the day a I leave I was not escorted, and I had to reverse out the alley by myself, and there was a van blocking me from reversing I had to wait an hour and a half after calling the hotel help
