Property is very outdated and needs remodeling. It took 5 attempts to get in the my room. Had only one wash cloth that was left in the bathroom. Overall okay place to stay.

We had an okay stay here, during our first night we had to get a room switch, due to the toilet not flushing. The clerk was really nice about it tho. However our second room, there was a missing light fixture, on of the beds was slightly broken. The breakfast was decent my mother enjoyed the omelettes & coffee especially. Overall I would give it three stars. Because the staff were pleasant at all times.

The restroom near the lobby very dirty. Maybe was not cleaned indays. The toilet in the room was slow flushing , at night it was clogged. In the morning , i called the receptionist, she told me will send someome, she nevar did. I went in person she told me she will send some . We had to go out, i didn't know how long it took them. The maintenance guy used our towels and took them with him. The toilet was very dirty after it was unclogged. Very very bad experience. I was in hotels before, this is the first time with dirty hotel

We checked in, and were given a room where someone else was already staying! Opened the door on other guests! Given a new room, walked in to find an unmade BROKEN bed. Got to our THIRD room, no linens on the fold out couch. Went down to the pool/hot tub, the hot tub was broken/closed even though we had called to verify an hour before arrival.

Sidewalks not scooped, parking lot not plowed, outside door not working just main entrance which meant more walking in the non scooped sidewalks. Son fell on sidewalk. No housekeeping, never asked if we wanted it.
