The staff at this location is superior. They understand customer service. The hotel was clean when we arrived. Like most hotels these days the room was cleaned every other day. It would be nice to have a full restaurant but the one you had was sufficient.

Savannah provided me with OUTSTANDING customer service last evening. I called her when i wasnt able to switch off the lights located directly iver the bed. She came upstairs to assist and also could not figure it out. She then went to another room and relizef what the issue was. The bed in my room wasnt centered between the night stands so the (poorly) placed light switch was hidden behind the headboard. I appreciated her diligence and cheerful personality. She is the example of great customer service. Also, I met Keith this morning and he also has an infectious spirit. Your staff is awesome!

Brittany (at the front desk) was very helpful and pleasant when I arrived. She also suggested places to eat. Room is beautiful and clean. Hot tub and pool was very nice as well. Only thing I didn’t like is the lack of cleaning in the room. I requested a trash pick up and tidy but nobody came the 3 days I was here

I did not like not having the opportunity for free breakfast. The room was too cold. The refrigerator stop working, the staff never ensure someone would service the refrigerator. They did not clean the room, had to run rhe cleaning lady down to get fresh towels. I notice the price wss not consistent. I was told room $139.00 per jight, asked about AARP or the senior rate.

We had a nice stay as we were in town for a boxing match. No notice of the Jacuzzi when booking and this was a huge bummer and one of the main reasons we booked with Marriott… it was just a fine stay. Staff was kind and courteous.
