Horrible mattress with large sunken area, i was put in a room right by the construction even though they were not fully booked and could've put me in the opposite wing that did not have construction. There was not a bar of soap by the sink to wash my hands so i used the gel soap in the shower.

Upon check in we found the TV had problems. The next morning I asked them to check it. No one checked. The TV was not usable for the 3 nights I was there. Next they told me at check in that the hotel only cleaned the rooms every other day. At the start of the 3rd day I asked the front desk to be sure my rooms was cleaned and we had fresh towels. Upon arriving back in the room for the 3rd night stay the room was not clean and no new towels. I went to the front desk and ask for the room to be cleaned. They said no one was there to clean the room. I asked for towels and all they had was one bath towel that smelled bad. Terrible hotel and terrible service!!

We visted the bar lounge to watch the tigers game. Literally no options at bar. No mixer options. Not even 7up or any variety of it. Asked for simple shot chilled. Same cup used to serve to different requests making the drink Terrible. Asked to just pay bill because of miss made drinks and told no need, just leave. If u advise a bar restaurant then have a bar restaurant! It was the reason we selected this location. I did not even mind the remodel which was in progress but dang. Have something on hand
