Don't waste your time

My grandfather was traveling (with myself for aid) to have a minor surgery. Within an hr and a half, he realized he couldn't safely use the bathroom. I found food on the floor and the bed was less than spotless. I went to the desk to see if their was another room we could have. They had us on the 3rd floor (he's wheelchair bound). When I went to go down the elevator was not working. They didn't have a run with 2 beds that was handicap accessible and they refused to refund us so we could find a place that did. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham hotel. They've become horrible. I will admit I was not a happy person by the time I got to the desk and was less than pleasant.

Beds were smaller than standard sizes, sheets were stained, rooms and hallways were smelly. The ac was so loud it actually kept us awake. At night people in the parking lot were sitting on our vehicle and another night there was broken glass near it
