Modern airport. Very clean! A lot of parking around with shuttle service 24 hours. Metro Cars (executive car service) at the airport is a plus for business travelers!

From entering the hotel we were treated like the most important guests. Food is plentiful and well presented. Very fresh and tasty. Beds so warm and comfy. Rooms are well thought out providing anything a traveler might need.Will return to this hotel.

Waited for an airport shuttle for close to 45 minutes when they are supposed to come every 15 minutes. We watched every other hotel shuttle come three times. We had to call twice to see if someone was coming.

have no complaints. I went for a funeral so I was only in the room and restaurant. That said the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant and some may benefit from a customer service training or something. I did get an unauthorized charge on my credit card and I must admit initially I don’t think they were going to take it off but I had the receipts to prove that it wasn’t my charge and they said it would be refunded. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was decent so I didn’t mind. I didn’t see any other restaurants close to the property. I did not check out the rest of the property but I seen a lot of people coming and going to the gym and pool. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes so that was very convenient. If by chance you do want to rent a car, there is a large car rental located directly across the street. Minus some stares as if I didn’t belong there,I felt safe at the location. I would recommend as well as stay there again if I were to visit Michigan again.

I usually stay here when I come home for business or pleasure. I love the bar and the fitness center. I was disappointed there no hot tub though. If no hot tub perhaps a sauna would be a nice addition to the hotel .
