Arrived on Thursday evening great reception front desk guy was terrific went up to our room. The bedroom TV was not working. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking water all across the sink top we had to use our towels in order to keep the water cleaned up reported it was told that maintenance would come check it out Friday. No one ever came and checked it out by the time we checked out Saturday morning, we still had a leaking Countertop in the bathroom and never heard from. If three people are staying in a room we only received enough towels for two people. The room itself was nice front desk. People were excellent, but having to adjust without counter space was very difficult and from Thursday to Friday there was no resolve

The hotel was nice. Mr Ahmed at the front desk was fantastic!!! Big thanks to him. All the other staff were equally helpful and courteous. The bar and restaurant were awesome. Food was great and lots of alcohol options too. The housekeeping staff were very prompt too. We needed extra bedsheets at night and they were sent right away.

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating! Calling or texting the front desk was super easy and convenient. The market counter staff were helpful and even played with my two kiddos while we were waiting for our car at check out. The suite/room was perfect to accommodate our family of 3 adults, toddler and 17 month old. Highly recommend. The only addition that would make this hotel even better would be to have an indoor pool or play/arcade room for the kids! Otherwise, very happy with our stay. Thank you, DoubleTree!

My blanket was moldy-looking and gross. I showed it to the front desk, and they were also disgusted by it. I contacted the GM of the hotel twice and never got a response. I then had to reach out to corporate, which was also a hassle. Really disappointing experience and poor follow-up overall.
