Front staff were very nice. However we had to ask Multiple times to have our room cleaned and to get an extra towel and blanket. Room was good , just very drab, no hooks and lacked lighting . Free bottled water and warm Cookies were the best part of our stay.

Staff member Doll was amazing. I found her friendly and helpful for all questions. The low score is because the restaurant was terrible. I wouldn’t go there for a complimentary glass of water. I wouldn’t spend one minute or one dollar in the breakfast restaurant. The room was very clean and it was a great location.

The room was great and the staff was helpful. The location convenient and the bar was a night place to have a quick snack and drink. The only issue I have is that upon checkout I see that receipt for the stay was approximately $250 and I was charged $303 through Expedia. Is there a reason for the discrepancy? Can I get a credit or refund on the difference in cost? Thanks, Steve
