The customer service was phenomenal. I love front desk staff. The young lady had excellent customer service. I didn’t like that half of the property was closed off for renovations. If you looking for a hotel to just sleep in this is perfect, but if you want to spend time with the family around the pool this is not a good fit.

This place grew on me and I wouod stay again

The place was under construction, so at first I was put off by that. It also had an old, dated Las Vegas feel to the hotel...even a hint of a smoky smell at first, but eventually became blind to it. But after my first of 3 nights, the place really kinda grew on me. For being under construction, it was very quiet and calm. The staff (reception and housekeeping) was very friendly. Because it was under construction, it was not fully booked and there was ample parking, close to multiple entry points. The room itself was exceptionally clean and exceptionally large for the competitively low rate. It had a microwave and a fridge, a separate bedroom and living room...all I needed. Plenty toiletries: body wash, shampoo, conditioner. The bed was clean and rather comfortable; I slept quite well. Honestly, from the initial looks of it, I had low expectations, but was ultimately pleased with my stay. It's not luxury, but it was exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations for the price. I expect it will be really nice after renpvations are completed. It's also conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants from fast food, fast casual, and fine dining. Dont expect luxury for a low rate, but it offered good value for the money.

Blindsided and ruined our weekend

Absolutely horrible experience! Got ther and none of the usual amenities were available because they were under construction and had given no notice of this on the listing. charged us the same price even though nothing was available as we were normally used to having a pool and dinner with free cocktails drinks. Also they had sold my Jacuzzi room and offered me a dirty suite. The Halls were dirty and there was construction sit everywhere so I didn't indulge in the morning breakfast concerned that it would be laden with dust! I couldn't leave and get something else because we had ride shared there, already checked in so late, and waited about 20 minutes to even get a room. I called in to complain and they were so nonchalant offering me no compensation "because I stayed???" That is usually what you're compensated for? We have stayed there numerous times before but never again!

The hotel is under construction and everything was closed. There was no breakfast, pool or laundry. The room was half clean and the staff was rude. They started construction at 7am so sleep didn’t happen. And trying to get a refund has been hell.

Our first room was a little run down and the bed was full of hair. We got a room change and the second room was terrible, weird stains on all the furniture, random stuff splattered on the wall, and dirty towels. Only positive about this room was the bed only had three hairs in the sheets. Ivin at the front desk was great and that is the only reason I am giving this place a 2 overall. Other than that, the whole hotel was under construction, the construction started promptly at 8am, everything was a mess, and none of the amenities listed are available. They offered a pass to lifetime fitness near by, but be warned there is a chance lifetime fitness won’t accept the pass. Until they complete their renovations I would recommend staying anywhere else.

Avoid until renovations are finished

I have stayed here in the past and not had issues. They are in the middle of a huge renovation and i would not recommend until its finished. It is not clean and not safe. Exterior doors did not lock. They did not have clear directions how to access rooms without walking through construction areas that were cluttered and had electrical boxes hanging. Elevators and stairways were filthy.

This property is currently under construction!

Stayed here for a week to visit family and reserved my room 3 weeks ahead of time. Was never told until I arrived that half of the property was under construction, which for some reason, stopped the daily housekeeping and changed it to asking for it if needed. Each day at 8:30am, hammering and sawing started right above my room. There are significant gaps under the doors of the rooms which doesn't allow for any noise reduction. A king bed with 5 tiny pillows...why??? Bathroom was nice. For the price, I wasn't expecting much but not communicating that the property is under construction is unacceptable.

Under construction … early construction noise each day and lots of construction dirt on carpet in elevator. Hey, I get it, it will look nice eventually and how can it get there if you don’t do construction. The dirt is what it is. More annoying was construction noise starting at 8 am. No sleeping in!
