I was seriously disappointed with this being a Hilton establishment. The hotel was very dated. The door to the room was janky. If you didn’t lift the door and slammed it shut it wouldn’t closed. To open the door from the outside you damn near had to karate bump it. Bad water pressure. Toilet half way flushed. There was standing water in the tub after taking a shower. Which is nasty. There was urine and the bottom on the toilet. Carpet needed to be replaced. The elevators were so slow and dirty. And of course the WiFi hardly worked. This is why I will never stay at a Hilton establishment again. Sticking to my Marriott

Poor, Poor Overall Stay

On check in, I asked about room service and the clerk said they did not offer it. When I got on the elevator the entire elevator door said, "Eat in your room with our room service". So, which is it? The refrigerator in room 438 did not work, it was hot inside it. On Thursday morning, I went down to breakfast and the cook did not show up so all there was to eat was carbohydrates. No one else knew how to cook an egg the staff said to me. Not exactly conducive for a diabetic like me. So, no breakfast was available for me. When I returned from my sister's funeral, housekeeping had visited and threw all the used towels out by the door. And not only my room, but several other rooms on my side and several on the opposite side that I could see. I am very disappointed the in level of service at this Embassy Suites

I was a little unsure after some of the reviews that I read. My only complaints are that the mattress was not great and the pool was pretty cool. Other than that everything was great. Great service, nice cocktail hour and snacks and great breakfast. We were there during the week so maybe that's why we didn't have some of the issues that others did with the pool and breakfast being crowded.

This is a very questionable hotel. They are short on supplies and staff. They barely answer the front desk, they didn’t have any extra blankets despite our large booking, they don’t even have “do not disturb” door signs ??? The hotel has no regulation; kids running around in the hallways at all hours of the night disturbing the peace, dirty hallways, dirty elevators, and the whole place smells like marijuana. Disappointing
