There are two major problems with this facility although it’s very nice very clean and looks like it’s brand new, they need to pay attention to how the doors open and close. All night long you hear doors slamming and people walking and talking and shouting in the hallway-they need to do more soundproofing. The second thing is that the water takes forever to heat up and it doesn’t actually get very hot; so you’re wasting a lot of water waiting for the hot/warm water to come through the pipes.

This is a great hotel in downtown Royal Oak. Walkable to shops, restaurants and other things to do. Staff is friendly and free parking was very convenient.
