Bed bugs!

Bed bugs in my first room! I arrived late and discovered the bedbugs after about an hour. I went to the front desk at midnight after driving all day and was given another room. This one seemed clean. Ac was off so the new room was about 80 degrees at midnight. Not much sleep had that night. I was offered a 50% off my NEXT booking (which i dont travel much). But thats what we come to suspect as customers, nevermind your current trip, here's a discount so you can give us more of your money! Im so sick of buisnesses treating people like garbage. Oh and the icing on the cake.... i have 1 month to use the offer lmao.

Bathroom not great!

There was a used washcloth and soap in the shower. There was also smudges of something on the bathroom wall next to the sink. Kind of gross.

For the rate, it was outstanding. It was decently clean, no complaints. Would definitely book again if in the area. I’m a woman, and always check reviews- this hotel did not disappoint. Only downside was someone had definitely smoked in the non-smoking room. Zero problems recommending this hotel. Did not have breakfast there, so can’t talk to that.

The young lady that greeted us was wonderful. She was so helpful with trying to find a room on the first floor for my 87 yr old dad. They didn't have one but she really tried to help. it was crazy when we went in because it was a very busy weekend. I will say the last time I was there it did seem a bit cleaner and the breakfast was better last time.. But I will be staying there next yr.
