Lack of luggage carts. Only 1 luggage cart available. I asked for a 1st floor room and was told "housekeeping" wanted everyone on the 3rd floor. Since I was moving to another state, my car was full of personal belongings which I had to haul up to the 3rd floor. When I checked out, the luggage cart was missing. I was told a guest must have had it in their room. Which meant I had to haul everything back down to my car when I checked out taking about 5 trips up and down the elevator. If you only have 1 luggage cart, maybe attach a AirTag to it so you can find it if a guest keeps it in their room. The room itself was ok.

The young woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was clean. It would be nice to have healthier choices for food. Better fruit.

Staff were great. Clean. Our room had a walk in shower which needs improvement. We aimed the shower head toward the drain as much as possible however a lot f water managed to clover the floor near the toilet. It could also use towel rack or shelves closer to the shower so as not to have to walk out of the “wet area” to dry yourself. My point is the whole bathroom become very slippery. We used all the towels to mop the water back toward the drain. The laundry area could use updating. One dryer was out of order. The other one did not sound good but it did get the clothes dry. Could also use a place to sit while waiting. Breakfast bar was good and well attended to.
