I am not one who usually complains. However, this resort is the worst I have been to. I've been to 15 different resorts.
If you have food allergies, be cautious. I messaged the resort one week before arriving to see if they had a team to help manage my food allergies. They said, "Yes" and requested my email address. I sent email address twice. No response. After I checked in I received a message to talk Customer Service desk team. What a joke! They told me to talk to each chef. Upon arrival, the hostess asked about allergies at most restaurants. I told them every time. Told the server, too. Tried talking to chef at restaurants. Leroy, chef at the evening buffet, was great at walking me through the line. Female chef at Tex Mex restaurant talked with me several times. Was not allowed to talk with chef at steak house, Zen, or Dorado. Servers tried to manage my allergies. Dorado - absolute failure. Female server brought foods I could not eat after telling me they were safe to order. That server was very rude! Stood over a woman at our table who was still eating her salad and said, "If you would finish eating I could bring other food." Woman slid unfinished salad to server. We waited 15 minutes for other food.
Talked with Christine, customer service manager, about several things, including food allergies. She was a joke.
Customer service at front desk & Prime sales needs help. Expedia customers are to get extra amenities. Received wristband but nobody knew what it meant.
