Excellent lady on reception Siri l think for book in , she was also in following morning , nice room clean only think let it down water only Luke warm in shower!! ?? Room 477 overall very good thank you . there is obviously a lot of contractor work etc going on there though which should maybe be communicated to guests .

This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!

We had a long twin room. There were very comfortable beds, with clean sheets. Everything was amazing. Only one thing - some people were walking in corridor the whole night. My friend heard them. I use ear plugs, so it was ok for me.

Absolutely loved this hotel - real character, great staff and a fab heated outdoor pool. The food was probably the best we have had at a hotel. Will not hesitate to return.
