Parking was charged extra, that was uncalled for. And there was no complementary breakfast on deluxe room just because the booking was through Expedia. It is not at all acceptable.

That we had to use the lobby refrigerator was an inconvenience. We had to wait for reception staff to get our food back. Every room should have a mini fridge as all other hotels have. Coffeemate cream is big real food please provide real half and half

Comfortable family room after a long flight

Good size room with comfortable beds after a long flight. Some lights didn’t work, neither did the phone and there were loose wires, but the line was too large to go back down to check in and we were only staying for 1 night.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was lovely. Onsite restaurant was not the best. There was no AC so the room was very warm and it made it difficult to sleep. Bed was comfortable however. The location is absolutely terrible. Both days cabs or uber drivers tried to merge right into us. It would take over 40 minutes to just get to the parking lot. Even with the police guiding traffic it was beyond ridiculous. Thankfully we had our own car because paying for a cab to sit for that long and nearly be pushed off the road would have been disrespectful. Montreal is beautiful; however, i will never stay near the airport again and i would not recommend it whatsoever.
