Beautiful room, which was one of the suites, very clean, spacious, quiet! Would highly recommend

We booked the hotel for an overnight stay before embarking the ferry to France. The rooms are small but clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. There is also a Starbucks cafe in the building which we used for a morning coffee.

This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice experience. The Jacuzzi was also broken. It was my husband‘s birthday. I put that in the notes I also told staff and they didn’t even bother to wish him happy birthday.

Alex est un hôte formidable qui met tous les efforts pour que nous profitions pleinement de notre séjour. Les. chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues. Il n’y a pas de déjeuner servi mais de la nourriture dans le frigo pour s’en préparer un où se faire un café infusé. La cuisine est petite, il faut parfois attendre que les autres voyageurs aient terminé. L’établissement est à l’entrée du village, parfait pour aller au château à pied!
