Great value for money with a special deal - £54 for two ppl including breakfast was a steal! Nice place and very friendly staff

We have a lovely time. The hotel was perfectly central with everything on the doorstep. The staff were welcoming and the room was spotless and comfty. Our room did experience noise from outside, which we think was an air conditioning unit, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment.

After driving from Le Mans and a Ferry from Calais this hotel was just what we needed. Such a beautiful building decorated and furnished perfectly. Although not having a disability we stayed in the room adapted for disabled people. Having previously been in the caring profession I couldn't see anything that could be improved. The fittings did not hamper me or my partner who are able bodied. The room was warm and welcome tea/coffee kettle etc. in the room. Breakfast was delicious and choices available. It was very well presented. Ashley and his team were friendly and professionally efficient. Would recommend and want to visit for a longer time.

The hotel is wonderful and had my wedding there 18months prior. The receptionist was quite rude and blunt. Which is disappointing as all of the other staff we have dealt with on previous stays were wonderful
