I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a strange smell, so I asked to move. The new room, which was an accessible room, was very outdated, with an old television that had no smart access. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a strange shower setup due to the accessible layout. Overall, the experience wasn’t good, and I will not be staying here again. Raised concern at checkout but was told feedback will be passed on.

Have stayed here before and always enjoyed it however, housekeeping seems to have deteriorated. Illuminated mirror in bathroom didn't work. Toilet flush was broken. Quite severe wear in some of the carpet. They need to catch up on these things
