Great hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Sofa bed room was spacious and clean also had great air con which is becoming a must on these humid nights. Bed very comfortable. Pool and gym are great to have too.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well presented, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The dining area offered a great selection of food, and the quality was excellent, we especially enjoyed the meals. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, although the dining space itself was quite cold due to the air conditioning. The leisure facilities were a bit of a mixed experience. The pool area was extremely busy, which made it feel crowded at times. Unfortunately, the steam room was not operational during our visit, which was disappointing. However, the sauna was in good working order, though it was quite full as well, a testament to how popular the facilities are. Overall, a very busy environment but with great service, food, and comfortable accommodation.

The rooms were great. There's a spa/pool, but we weren't there enough to access. The restaurant and lounge were very comfortable - Annie, in the restaurant, made our day! She ensured we tried foods at the buffet, had great stories and cared! The lounge area had music (person w/guitar) and all of our food was great. This was in an area of Belfast I hadn't seen before - hidden! We took a cab to go into the city proper which was really only 5-10 min. Well worth staying here.

Perfect pillows, comfy beds, well equipped gym, spotlessly clean. The only negative we could find was the coffee brand in the room could have been better quality to match everything else about the hotel. Also a few sachets would be appreciated- one of each was not really enough.

Very convenient to the City Airport and the staff is exceptional. The room was good and the pillows were perfect. I was sorry not to stay longer than my 6am flight allowed. Don't miss the good Indian food options in the restaurant.
