Taking aside it was the day when everything went wrong. The Hotel system was down, door passes didn't work, wrongly given someone elses room, so scared the living daylights out of them when I tried to enter. My room felt like it hadn't been serviced properly as was missing drinking glasses/drinking water (a jug was provided), the room could have also done with a coffee machine at the price point. Overall the hotel is nicely done and was clean. I found food very restrictive for my food allergy and the staff didn't give the impression of being very well trained on them. It would be great to have healthier options that don't contain allergens, in this case gluten. Breakfast was expensive (€18) and dissapointing, blow torched cold tomatoes were memorable and like dinner was not served on a hot plate so a lot of the food was luke warm. I'm sure this would be better on another day, but basics could be improved upon for the money.

This hotel is a great clean place to stay, however if you are arriving by car, parking is a challenge. On our first 4 night stay 3 weeks prior a gentleman made sure that we, as hotel patrons, had a parking space. On this last occasion, absolutely no parking was available due to restaurant functions, hotel guests were not prioritized. Desk staff didn't much care and the only solution offered was to pay park on the street, if we could find a place. As it was the end of our vacation we choose to return the rental car to the airport early, adding taxi costs back and forth to the airport. Left with a bit of a sour taste,

Highly recommend

First time in Dublin and this place was amazing! 20 mins from the centre with easy access routes. Room was brilliant. Main mention goes to the staff - reception team are welcoming and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and everyone is always ready to make sure you are happy. Honestly 5 star for the customer service
