Overall pleasant stay, cozy bed and exceptional hospitality. Conveniently located near the AirCoach bus for airport drop offs. Best to avoid being near elevators as the hallway chatter can bleed into the rooms. Had to dock a star because our room was two elevators stops away, a bit of an unexpected inconvenience

Room small fo €258.00. Toddy's bar and restaurant not that busy restaurant waiting staff very unfriendly not paying attention and had long wait for service and no one asked us it we wanted a drink while waiting. Waiting staff not that professional

The staff were incredible, the facilities were lovely and the location was perfect for enjoying local cuisine and personal walking tours to get intimate glimpses of the city. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Worth every penny.

We were welcome to buy several staff members right at the front door. Clearly, Service is one of the strong points at the hotel. Breakfast choices were absolutely amazing. Service there was also excellent. Highly recommend RUI Hotel as an excellent location in Dublin for the central city activities. Too many choices and too little time for all of it. Glad we did one of the hop on off bus tours on arrival. Very large hotel with many rooms. We do recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property. Felt like an old time hotel but with modern updates. staff was always available to help with advise on touring Dublin. Buffet was average, but got us off to a good start.

We have visited the hotel a few times and are normally happy with it. This time, we had some concerns: 1. One of the windows wouldn’t shut properly. 2. The fact that I am a Riu member wasn’t acknowledged 3. The loading of old sheets and rubbish near the lift area was a health and safety risk. It was difficult to avoid when moving cases. 4. The complex lift arrangements were difficult. On the other hand, staff were helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Hotel from April 9-11th,2025. Loved the location and very walkable to tour Dublin. Staff all very friendly and knowledgeable. Great start for our first time in Ireland.

Typically RIU hotels and this property are 5+ stars every time. This stay in particular I found that prices have increased significantly and the quality of food and drinks has dropped allot since my last stay. For $750 a night CAD this was a big disappointment

Nice hotel rigjt opposite the Titanic museum. Good dining facilities. Everything was good apart from the bed which let downs the hotel. It was soft could feel the springs.
