Bathroom was out dated and had cracks and was a bit rusty all around it. For the price it should have been better. Everything else was great. The staff and other facilities were excellent.

Our stay was going great until unfortunately our group was refused entry to the hotel late at night. On day two of our stay, some friends visited us on their very short layover in Dublin and had plans to sit in our room until they needed to leave again. They would have stayed no longer than a few hours, just wanted to sit down and use the bathroom. The staff very rudely refused them from entering the hotel unless they payed for a room. They were forced to either wait on the streets late at night until their bus came or pay for a room. We were not made aware this was a policy beforehand and it left our group with almost no options. We are very disappointed.

Great Hotel / Car Park- Highlighted

Great hotel that is very up to date. It was clean and very relaxing. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. I would respectfully highlight that the car park information was not clear and misleading. It is on a first come first serve basis. This was not highlighted in the booking. Meaning I had to park on the road away from the hotel when I was notified of car park being full at check in. Please update that information on websites so customers know they may not have full access to a car park.

There was no heat in my bedroom only air conditioning even though I asked three times very disappointing for a four star Hotel. At breakfast I would rather get the breakfast myself than having to order it.
