Breakfast was very poor ..some staff were quite rude when asked for help and seemed annoyed to asked anything … overall breakfast was a really horrible event .

Very bad experience. Staff not at all friendly. Rooms were not cleaned and the reception had to be reminded - still very lackluster customer service.
A hidden gem! The hotel was well located and easy to find. The tram station is right outside the hotel (3 min walk). The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and organized. The only thing was that the sink in room 655 was clogged. Other than that strongly recommend this stay to anybody!
This is a wonderful choice for any activities that involve the 3Arena, Convention Center or the Epic Museum. It is not in City Centre so there is not as much congestion but you will need your walking shoes.
Great hotel all staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere clean and comfortable. Great location near bus routes, tramway, 3 Arena. Handy for airport and ferry.
Fantastic hotel. Gerry at Reception is amazing , great welcome and very speedy check in - even asked me how my stay was when checking out. Great member of the team!
