We liked the location of this hotel within easy walking of so many great pubs, shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Pros Great location, good amenities, beautiful room, very clean, good security after hours. Con I arrived at 2pm for a 3pm check in. I was advised there were no rooms ready yet. I was told ai would be placed on a list and called once a room became available. At 2:30pm other gets were coming in and being attended right away. They were assigned rooms and luggage taken up to their room. I waited longer and approached the front desk again at 3pm. I am not sure of their policy but I felt a bit dismissed. Overall a great experience would definitely give 5 stars if the communication was better
