All the fundamentals done well

We stayed at the Grafton over several nights including Saint Patrick’s Day, when any downtown hotel would be put to the test. The best features of the Grafton, in descending order are 1. The Staff 2. The central location 3. Room comfort 4. Quiet 5. Food 6. Decor. I doubt the interior decor was great when it was new. Now it feels like a hangover from the 1980s and it is far from a budget hotel.

Staff was super helpful and nice. Location is easily walkable. Only complaint is room was clean but nothing special. Bed was against bathroom wall and could hear when someone was in there. Also sink was exceptionally small.

Everything was perfect. Room was available when we arrived. We were ready to just drop our bags a go exploring but did not have to do that which was great after flying all night it was nice to go to our room and unwind before heading out.
