Convenient to the airport, bed and linens were clean, blackout drapes were a plus. Bed was comfortable. Traces of residue from drink glasses on shelf, no hand soap in the bathroom wall dispenser nor bar soap. The tv prompted to use a 'pin' to access, then the tv guide came on with no listing on it followed by 'no reception'. Called the front desk whose response was ' there is no pin needed to use the tv'. Staff were polite but customer appreciation vibe was lacking. Ok for a 1-night stay.
There’s a moldy smell in the hallway. There isn’t an elevator to the 2nd floor. The receptionist made a sarcastic comment when I asked about one. What she didn’t know was my brother had an old accident where he broke his neck & lives in pain. Shame on her.
There isn’t a non-skid mat in the shower. There wasn’t any soap for the shower. The towels are very thin. There wasn’t a hairdryer.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Website noted shuttle to airport. None available. Room substandard.

This time of year the prices in Dublin are much higher thanthe winter time. That normal everywhere. This place was close to the airport, all I wanted was a quiet place to rest between flights. Long layover. The bed was clean mattress was soft and the pillows were perfect. All I needed to get some rest. If You want entertainment, a 15 minute walk to Swords town is there, Plenty of bars and places to eat. There ia a resuraunt at the hotel, it was average but acceptable.
Near Dublin Airport. Parking was outside the door as we arrived late.

Staff did the job, but there were no smiles etc.
It was noisy but it was St Patrick’s weekend, so can’t be helped. This also inflates the price.
Clean, comfy bed.
Bit cold in the room.
Tight in tea/coffee/ milk provisions.
Within bus/taxi ride to airport. There hasn’t been a shuttle bus since Covid times. Dublin is about 20 mins away by taxi (€30) and short walk into Swords town.
All in all a fair place to stay on an average day but not at the inflated price.
Really great staff, very friendly and helpful with different requests. Nice to have a decent restaurant on site. The building is getting pretty worn, but it is really clean nonetheless. My bedroom was thankfully very quiet.
In my opinion this hotel should not be open to the general public when there are clearly refugees staying here also!
Beds are worn as are the bed clothing.
Disgusting smells like some residents were cooking in their rooms!!
When you pay over €100 per room you expect some sort of decency.
I’d actually like to hear back from someone on this as I’d be thinking again about using Expedia for our company trips and my own personal trips .
The Roundabout between the hotel and the town of Swords doesn't have very complete passenger pathways so you end up both in the mud and in the way of impatient cars. As far as the facilities, they were quite basic but just what we needed for a quick stay before catching a morning flight. The lady at the counter was kind enough to change a bill for coins to pay for the bus.
