Our modern architectural guest house is located in the trendy Dunedin suburb of St Clair.
Just 5 minutes away from white sand beaches, world-famous surf, golf, heated salt-water pools, & an array of restaurants & bars.
Either roll straight out of bed & onto the golf course, work-cation in style just 10 minutes drive from the city center, or use this as a base to explore the scenery & wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals, the yellow-eyed penguin, & Larnach Castle.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
