NEVER AGAIN! What a shame!

We were suppose to stay for two nights due to an event my daughter was having. The room was filthy. There was mold on the ceiling and a live roach in the bathtub. The chair in the room was broken and the carpet was stained and moist. It was the most uncomfortable stay. So much so we lost money and decided to leave a night early. We left immediately after the event. We would rather drive an hour and a half back to comfort than spend another night. I had to buy cleaning products to bleach the bathtub just to shower for the night. When we walked out, there was a half eaten sandwich laying on the banister. Very unsanitary stay. I told the host we were not happy, he commented but you have two nights and it is already paid. I responded we were not happy or comfortable with the room. No efforts to remediate or discount or refund our money. DISGUSTING! The reviews were different on the site I booked the stay. If I had gone directly to the website, I would have known better. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I did not see any creepy crawlers but they need to do some upgrading. The first room they gave me had no fridge. The coffee pot had no top to it, the lamp shades were all bent and dirty.

This place was nasty stopped a night while traveling and had to leave it was so bad they refused refund service was terrible room was disgusting ash everywhere weed cigarette butts on the floor Clearly not cleaned well
