My trip was good. My hotel stay was ok for the price. The property needs a lot of work. From the broken glass on the front entry, to the elevator that didn’t always work. And I don’t know if someone just dumped trash from their car but the cans and bottles looked horrible. The room could definitely use a good cleaning.

The floor in our room was gross. The tile was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. The elevator didnt work and we had to carry all our bags and my daughters medical equipment to the third floor. There were bugs in the bathroom. If it wasnt for the free breakfast and the lady that was so kind and sweet at the front, i would have given it 1 star.

Best Place To Stay when i come down this way.

Called ahead and requested a shower chair in my room. They happily obliged. Breakfast in the morning is amazing. This is my place of choice to stay any time i come this way.

The staff was great. The young lady at the desk was very friendly as was the older man ( possibly the maintenance man)and the young lady wo kept on filling up the breakfast room with fresh foods. Downside if hotel right by freeway and little airport so it was fairly noisy. The windows were outdated( single pane) therefore the noise comes right threw. Also right outside our window was trash scattered all over which was not a nice sirlte to see. I guess you get what you pay for, not a bad place for a quick overnight stay.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. One of the better Best Western's I have stayed in. One minute issue was the bedroom tv having entertainment sports channels only.

Best spot in Visalia

When we arrived, we were allowed to check in early and easily. They are switching their TV network over and we didn’t have TV but the receptionist came up and reprogrammed it so that we had TV, it was very nice of her at 11 pm. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant and appreciated of her help. The breakfast area was very clean, and organized. She is a great person for the position. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
