The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and it was unfortunate that the pool was broken. Other than that, the area is quiet and the rooms are spacious. No bugs detected. The clerk was nice. We would definitely stay here again. It gives cozy apartment vibes.

I don't think I'd stay here again. The walls are paper thin in these units, the utility closet was not locked. They had old, dirty towels stuffed inside because it leaked water, which ran out to the carpet, broken closet doorknob as well. We're also paying $7 per night for parking which was hard to find after a certain time.

The staff was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking on the premises. There was not your usual equipment for cooking that was available with the prior hotel and our room, I had to go to the front desk a lot.

Fire alarm sounded for 30 min over night awaking our daughter and also Friday the water was off myself and my husband couldn’t shower and had an event to attend. I was on a nursing contract a few years back and stayed 2 months at this same location and never experienced these issues idk what’s happened or if management has changed. It’s definitely not the same to be transparent .

I felt the hotel was not prepared for our 3 party reservation, made well in advance. There were only 2 Bath Towels.. the Pull out bed had no bedding or pillows (none in any closet spaces), I called in for Towels and 1 full bedding, and received 1 sheet with 4 pillow covers.... with No pillows or towels? There were 1-2 people grilling in the parking lots next to some sheltered vehicle's?. . Oh and the $7 parking fee that I apparently failed to read somewhere.. 🤔 Not our best stay, overpriced and lacks comfort, Hubby did say the best part was the pancakes..

First i had to change rooms 3 times because something was wrong with each room. Then there was some kind of flood and they had all these noisy fans running day and night. Why would you put a guest near that. Then continental breakfast was the same breakfast pork tacos everyday. I DONT EAT PORK. THEN HAD TO KEEP GOING TO THE NEXT BUILDING FOR TOWELS BECAUSE EITHER THEY DIDNT ANSWER AT THE FRONT DESK OR THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT LEAVE THE DESK . SO COME GET THEM. THATS HOW THEY SPOKE. I USED TO LIKE THIS HOTEL BUT RECENTLY I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
