Would stay here again.

Check in went great. Woman at the front desk was very personable. Lobby is beautiful. Room was good. The view was a brick wall from the building next door only 2 feet from the window. Bathroom was good. The light brightness was adjustable by pushing buttons on the mirror glass. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash affixed to shower wall. Parking was 25 dollars/day; this wasn’t something I remember reading when booking the hotel. The woman at the desk comp’d the fee. Didn’t use any services or amenities, I just slept and left. If I stay here again, I will request a different view.

Great Location Friendly & Comfortable

Great location walking distance to Yale and many restaurants. Staff was always very friendly. Clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!

Poor customer service

This hotel was not what we expected. Not how it was advertised. Asked to check out and get a refund a few mins after check in and they wouldn’t refund or work with us! We turned in keys anyway! Very cold customer service and rude.

King Gizard & The Lizzard Wizard concert stay.

Awesome experience! Great location, the hotel close to all the great pizza places and concert venues! If anyone is looking for a great place to stay in New Haven, I'd recommend the New Haven Hotel!
