The room service was not good need to remind multiple times about guest count as we are 4 2 adults and 2 kids and mostly all amenities are left for only 2 people , Shuttle bus driver was rude and don’t speak or understands English which is not was really frustrating.

I have done my month long travel and the hotel is my first stop. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and it was so convinient that we can take the shuttle bus to town and visit the big Buddha and Tai O. I have to give speicial thanks to Michael who works at the luggage department. He help us to load luggage to the taxi and keeps record of the taxi plate infomation. This is tremedous help for us to file police reort for the cell phone drop on the car seat and eventually found the phone. The staff of this hotel are the best.

Clean room, extra amenities provided for the kids. Accomodated our late check in (flew into HK at 11pm), and they accomodated a later check out. This is our second stay at SkyCity Marriott, first time was 6 months ago. Our family absolutely love the buffet breakfast. Especially the noodle station, the bread and pastries (go for the sesame bagel). Spoilt for choice!

Stayed for 6 nights with Family, the room was clean and had a nice window view. Breakfast contains good selections. Pool area is a plus as well as the sauna.I would highly recommend this hotel as it is nearby the airport and they had a shuttle bus that bringing guest from the airport to hotel vice versa and also to Tung Chung Station.
